Position Overview
March-Westin Company, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our Project Management team. This role will assist with coordinating project documentation, scheduling, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
- Assist with project documentation, contracts, and submittals
- Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items
- Maintain organized project files and records
- Assist with RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Help monitor project budgets and invoices
- Support preparation of reports and project status updates
Qualifications
- Administrative or project coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software (such as Sage, Procore, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of construction or design project processes
- Familiarity with CSI divisions, specifications, or construction documentation
- Experience supporting multiple project managers
