Essential Functions include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
- Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
- Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
- Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
- Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.
- Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.
Qualifications:
- 2 years Paralegal experience handling personal injury cases
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be a team player
