Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for multiple team members using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing, proofreading, and updating databases using QuickBooks and other bookkeeping tools.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports with strong attention to detail
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping.
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients and visitors both in person at the front desk and via phone or email communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, therapeutic, developmental disabilities, rehabilitation, or nonprofit human services administrative experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and electronic record systems.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
