Instructional Assistant – Glover Elementary School Glover School is looking for a caring, energetic, and patient Instructional Assistant to join our supportive learning community! The Instructional Assistant will primarily support Kindergarten and may support other grade levels based on student need. About the Role: As an Instructional Assistant, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers to support student learning. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Loves working with children and helping them grow Is patient, flexible, and supportive in a classroom setting Can take direction and collaborate well with teachers and staff Assumes duties as assigned, which may include lunch duty, recess supervision, etc. Brings positivity, empathy, and a growth mindset to their work
