Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage security operations, and ensure service excellence across assigned accounts. This role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Oversee daily security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and site coverage
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Supervise, coach, and support security personnel and site supervisors
- Address and resolve client concerns, incidents, and service issues promptly
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training of security officers as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, licensing requirements, and local/state regulations
- Prepare reports on account performance, incidents, and staffing metrics
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in security management, account management, or operations (private security preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of security operations, post orders, and incident reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a contract security company
- Active security license (as required by state)
- Experience managing multiple client sites or large teams
