Marathon Medical is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to support inventory management, shipping, receiving, material handling, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, ensuring warehouse readiness, and executing daily operational activities in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The Warehouse Operator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, organization, and operational readiness necessary to support customers, internal stakeholders, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate is forklift certified, experienced in warehouse operations, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, safety, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming inventory in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and shipment integrity.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain warehouse organization, storage locations, and inventory traceability.
- Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy investigations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, damages, receiving discrepancies, and inventory concerns.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse documentation.
- Maintain warehouse and facility readiness through organization, housekeeping, equipment care, and proactive operational upkeep.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Operations teams to support fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Support audits, process improvements, operational projects, and additional responsibilities that strengthen inventory integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
- Current Forklift Certification.
- 5 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or distribution experience.
- Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare distribution, medical supply, logistics, or related industries.
- Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems.
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory control processes.
- Experience supporting warehouse maintenance and facility upkeep.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment.
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
