Responsibilities:
- Take incoming customers' calls and inquiries.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or email
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Be the primary point of contact for key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop trusted relationships with accountholders and clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, billing disputes, and other customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic Data Entry
- Basic Computer Skills
