Duties
- Utilize SAGE 100 software to effectively invoice customers for orders submitted.
- Deliver invoices either through EDI or via Email.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Conduct research and provide insights on outstanding invoices and work with the Accounts Receivable team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Support project management initiatives by coordinating tasks and timelines.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial software is essential; experience with SAGE 100 is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
