Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Admin Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and support, be proficient in Excel, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry for AP and AR transactions.
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payments.
- Support AR tasks including invoice generation and payment application.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Monitor and organize the departmental email inboxes.
- Assist in maintaining tracking reports for AP/AR functions.
- Provide administrative support for the accounting department.
- Documentation collection including Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for issue resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
