Job Title: Venue Sales Manager
Reports To: Director of Sales
Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 annually (Base Bonus Commission)

About The Role
The Venue Sales Manager (VSM) is a dynamic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on connecting with clients and bringing their vision to life. By building strong relationships with new prospective clients, the VSM helps clients achieve their goals while consistently delivering on individual and venue sales goals.
In this role, the VSM owns the full sales cycle—from serving as the first point of contact, conducting and following up on venue tours, and creating tailored proposals, to securing bookings and nurturing client relationships through the event and beyond. The VSM is a true ambassador for the venue, actively sharing how we bring people together in meaningful and memorable ways within our community.
As a trusted expert, the VSM maintains a deep understanding of the venue, its operations, and the broader vendor landscape, including offerings, pricing, and competitive positioning. This role actively networks, performs strategic outreach, and continuously identifies opportunities to generate new, repeat, and referral business. The VSM also maintains hands-on knowledge of venue operations and regularly oversees events to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role with transferable skills.
Availability
- Must be available to work on weekends and nights as part of the regular schedule.
- Must be open to working events as needed, which may extend into late evening and early morning hours.
Certifications
- Must be able to attain all local certifications required to serve alcohol in compliance with state laws.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel locally on a regular basis and occasionally out of state for events or business needs.
