Recruit and place skilled and professional electrical construction personnel (field and office) for commercial projects. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and relationship management in both English and Spanish to support project staffing needs and company growth.

- Source candidates for electrical construction roles (Helpers, electricians, journeymen) using job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Conduct in-person and remote interviews in English and Spanish; administer skills assessments and verify certifications, licenses, and safety training (OSHA, NFPA where applicable).
- Manage candidate pipeline, track status, and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding, drug screens, I-9 verification, and credentialing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety requirements; maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Provide continued candidate engagement.
- 2 years full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in construction, electrical trades, or skilled labor recruitment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English: able to read, write, and speak professionally in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction roles, certifications, and trade career paths.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume recruiting.
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English)
