Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of commercial Baking experience
- Strong organization skills, time management, and decision-making abilities.
- HACCP, GMP, BRC, SQF, AIB, and USDA knowledge.
- Follow all company Recipes and procedures for production: scaling, mixing and baking instructions for each item produced.
- Schedule production lines accordingly to priorities: Ensure safety, quality and efficiencies of production.
