We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Gas Station Cashier / Store Associate. This position involves providing excellent customer service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Assist customers with purchases and general questions.
- Stock coolers, shelves, beverages, snacks, and other store merchandise.
- Regularly check inventory and restock items as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including counters, floors, coolers, and customer areas.
- Clean and maintain restrooms throughout the shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the gas pump and exterior areas.
- Check product dates and remove expired or damaged merchandise.
- Follow all store policies regarding tobacco, lottery, and other age-restricted products.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and shift duties.
- Report customer concerns, equipment problems, or suspicious activity to management.
- Work cooperatively with other employees and management.
- Complete other reasonable store-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be reliable and arrive to scheduled shifts on time.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and complete basic math accurately.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods.
- Willingness to clean, stock, and complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular physical tasks associated with stocking and cleaning.
- Previous cashier, retail, convenience store, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Training will be provided.

Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
