Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Must have a driver license
- Must have a reliable car
- Willing to be trained on proven platform
- Willingness to obtain life insurance license/can already have life insurance license
Responsibilities
- Face to face meetings with clients
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive insurance options.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide ongoing support and benefits administration for clients after the sale.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details through effective sales administration.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new products to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Proficiency in benefits administration and understanding of various insurance products.
- Would like, but not necessary; sales experience, particularly in insurance sales or related fields.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly to clients.
- Experience in sales administration processes is a plus.
- Experience in outside sales is beneficial for expanding client reach.
