Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Insurance Broker to join our team in Mesa, AZ. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you will help clients understand their insurance options, connect them with the right policies, and assist them in securing affordable rates. You’ll work directly with customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional guidance throughout the insurance process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and is eager to learn a new career.
Important Requirement
✨ Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
Most of our customers are Spanish-speaking, and being able to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish is essential.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn insurance products and processes (training provided)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to help clients
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site at our Mesa, AZ office
- Ability to obtain an insurance license (we will guide you through the process)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
