Maranatha Transportation Services is a locally owned non-emergency medical transportation company serving Okaloosa and surrounding counties. We're looking for a dependable, compassionate part-time driver to help us safely transport patients to and from medical appointments.
What You'll Do
- Safely transport ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher patients to/from medical appointments
- Assist patients in/out of the vehicle, including wheelchair securement
- Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and follow all trip documentation procedures
- Provide friendly, professional, and patient-centered service
What We're Looking For
- You desire to lead with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- PASS 8hr certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with elderly and medically vulnerable patients
- Experience with wheelchair/stretcher transport a plus, not required
Details
- Part-time — 24-30 hours a week, rotating weekends
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
