Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: New York City

Based in the iconic World Trade Center in Manhattan, you’ll join a high performing New York team covering Life Sciences, Banking & Finance, and Technology & IT.
Recruitment is one of the most challenging and rewarding forms of sales. You’re not selling a product. You’re influencing career decisions, negotiating offers, and helping businesses scale with top talent.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $55,000
- Uncapped commission from day one
- Realistic year 1 OTE: $75–85k
- Top 50 billers in the business earn around $18k per month in commission alone
- Top 10 billers earn around $34k per month in commission alone
Your earnings are directly tied to performance. There is no ceiling!!
You’ll benefit from structured training with a dedicated in house Learning & Development function. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship from experienced billers and leaders who have progressed through the ranks themselves.

What you need:
- 6 months of B2B sales experience
- OR a sales internship
- OR up to 1 year in staffing/recruitment
- OR highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness
