Duties
- Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is current and error-free
- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to facilitate easy retrieval of documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy before submission, maintaining high standards of quality control
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies to keep the workspace efficient
Skills
- Proven experience with data entry tasks in an office setting, demonstrating excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with basic financial record management
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems for professional communication
- Ability to proofread documents including purchase orders, invoices and billing statements meticulously to ensure clarity and correctness
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality work standards
