Sophomore Baseball Coach
2025-2026 school year
Qualifications:
- Lead the sophomore baseball team while aligning instruction and expectations with the overall baseball program philosophy.
- Teach and reinforce baseball fundamentals and age-appropriate strategies to support long-term athlete development.
- Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive team environment that promotes athlete well-being and sportsmanship.
- Foster a positive team culture that values effort, accountability, growth, and teamwork.
- Plan and conduct purposeful practices and prepare athletes for competition in collaboration with the varsity coaching staff.
- Model professionalism and engage in ongoing learning to support player and program success
Duties: As normally assigned to the position
Compensation: As per Extra Duty Salary Schedule
