- Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively plan and oversee student-led events and activities
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the community while promoting school unity and spirit

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to guide students in planning, decision-making, and problem-solving
