- Current coaching endorsement or authorization
- Support the head coach in implementing the program vision focused on athlete development, safety, and respect.
- Model ethical conduct and comply with all district, state, and organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and staff while reinforcing the direction of the program.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive environment that protects athlete well-being.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that values effort, growth, and participation.
- Assist in planning and running purposeful practices and preparing athletes for competition.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and support the long-term success of the program.
