Maps Credit Union is currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I to help lead a dedicated team of banking professionals with a passion for serving the Monmouth community. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.
- Effectively address and resolve members' questions and concerns while uncovering needs.
- Assist in the oversight of the development of branch employees and act as a role model.
- Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development in a new market.
- Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies and procedures.
- Step into any role in the branch as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 2 years in the financial industry in the following positions with demonstrated progressive responsibilities: Teller, Financial Services, and Lending.
- A minimum of 1 year in a lead role.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing longer-term professional relationships with proven results.
- Experience identifying opportunities and making introductions to internal and external strategic partners.
Starting Pay Range: $30.80 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities to earn incentives for meeting assigned goals.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours. Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.
