Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor
- Oversee day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
- Maintain communication with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide a supportive and effective care environment
- Supervise nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor
- Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain licensure and stay up-to-date with nursing best practices
- Must be a Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with an active license
- General work experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
