Physical Therapy Specialist

Maplewood Rehab and Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote optimal function and independence
• Provide treatment sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as needed
• Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.) or related field
• Experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
