KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connect with customers to identify their vehicle needs
- Showcase vehicle features and financing options to potential buyers
- Conduct test drives
- Stay informed about our inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Employ effective strategies to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Handle customer inquiries in person and via phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of retail math principles to assist with pricing and financing discussions
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities, to effectively present vehicles to customers
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-lasting relationships within the dealership context
- Team-oriented and customer-focused
- Strong interest in the auto industry
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail oriented
- Valid driver's license
