We are in search of a Full-Time Human Resource Manager to administer and manage all Human Resource functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, retention, benefits administration, leave management, personnel policy, orientation & payroll.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Process bi-weekly timecards & prepare for payroll processing
- Administer benefit programs
- Recruit and onboard qualified team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies & government regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, complaints & investigations
Qualified Candidates will have:
- A Degree in Human Resource Management and 2 years of experience; or 4 years of experience as a Human Resource Administrator / Generalist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work four to five weekends per year as weekend manager.
