Duties
- Answer phones and Greet Guests upon entrance to facility
- Administrative/Clerical Needs, Data Entry
- Assist with Applicant Interviews within all departments
- Conduct New Employee Orientation/Training
- Maintaining Personnel records
- Identify and Manage Training and Development Needs for Employees
- Support with Annual Performance Reviews – as needed.
- Develop Plans for Employee Engagement
- Monitor Certification and License renewal dates for employees.
- Acting as a Liaison between Staff and Management, Addressing Complaints, Employee Concerns, and Assisting with Performance Appraisals.
- Works with all departments to ensure effective communication
- Collaborates with members of management on a regular basis to coordinate and enhance employee services and programming.
- Lead the implementation of employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training initiatives to enhance talent development and engagement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management..
Requirements
- Proven experience with strong leadership capabilities
- Expertise in conflict management, and employee evaluation processes to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects related to employee training & development.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
