Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight hours, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications following prescribed protocols.

- Document medical records accurately, including progress notes, and behavioral data collection in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility support to promote independence.
- Collaborate with social workers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Maintain a safe environment through vigilant supervision, behavior management techniques, and adherence to all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Prior experience working within the assisted living environment is preferred.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and positive engagement.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of confidentiality in handling medical records and sensitive information.
