Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality/Document Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure that all quality standards are maintained throughout the production process by managing documentation,
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to create and maintain finished product specifications.
- Write deviations.
- Perform quality audits and inspections.
- Review completed production records.
- Support calibration of scales and other equipment.
- Assist in implementing quality management systems (QMS) and ensure adherence to regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience working in quality/document control in a food manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of quality systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory standard such as FDA regulation on food and dietary supplements
- Experience conducting quality audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple departments.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
