Key Responsibilities
Landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, sod, and flowers
Mulching, soil preparation, grading, and bed edging
Seasonal cleanups and landscape maintenance
Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment
Operate hand tools and small landscaping equipment (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, trimmers, blowers)
Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures
Work efficiently as part of a landscape crew
Maintain clean and professional job sites
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, dig, and stand for extended periods
Strong attendance and reliability
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Reliable transportation to job site
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, nursery, construction, or outdoor labor
Familiarity with landscape tools and equipment
