What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Clerk/Office Cleaning position at Maple Leaf Cheesemakers, Inc.?
We are seeking to hire a Data Entry/Office Cleaning Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to excel at multi-tasking and excellent attention to detail. Our accounting department is responsible for processing the accounting transactions for several different companies making this position more multi-faceted than most.
Responsibilities for position, include but are not limited to:
- Accurately create and process COA reports
- Perform data entry associated with Inventory and Reports
- Review and reconcile Inventory
- Bi weekly check stuffing
- Filing as payables are entered
- Cleaning of office areas within the company. Duties included but are not limited to; vacuuming, restroom cleaning, dusting, garbage disposal. and other duties requested.
Qualifications for Clerk Position--High school diploma.
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytic abilities
- Likes general cleaning tasks
This a full time position Monday--Friday from 6:00 AM--2:30 PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
