We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care within diverse clinical settings, including hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and post-acute care. This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional nursing services in a compassionate environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents through expert assessment, medication administration, and comprehensive patient care.
- Perform detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations, to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for precise medical record keeping and documentation.
- Conduct venipuncture and IV insertions with proficiency, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Monitor patient progress in inpatient, outpatient, or sub-acute care settings, adjusting care plans as necessary based on clinical findings.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including basic life support (BLS), infection control practices, and confidentiality standards under HIPAA.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding medication administration, health management strategies, and discharge instructions.
