What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and repairs throughout the facility
- Support preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Inspect and maintain equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Complete and track work orders through our electronic system
- Prepare rooms for new residents and assist with daily building upkeep
- Maintain records, logs, and compliance documentation as required
What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, or related procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
