We’re looking for a caring and reliable team member to support our residents and nursing staff.
Primary Responsibility
- Assist and supervise residents with smoking, ensuring safety and compliance with facility policies
- 12-hour shift; rotating weekends
Other Duties
- Keep resident rooms, closets, and bedside stands clean and organized
- Stock rooms with supplies (gloves, gowns, pads, etc.)
- Distribute laundry and set out clothing for CNAs
- Visit and socialize with residents, offering companionship and conversation
- Help with meal service (set up trays, pour beverages, clean dining area)
- Pass out fluids and snacks (as directed by nursing staff)
- Make unoccupied beds and handle linens safely
- Transport residents in wheelchairs or geri-chairs (after prep by nursing staff)
