Position Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment
- Assess and monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition
- Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
