Position Summary
As a CMT/CNA at Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality direct resident care while utilizing your CMT certification as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships with residents and being an essential part of their daily quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Answer call lights promptly and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
- Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications as assigned and permitted by certification and facility policies
- Current Missouri CMT Certification
- Current Missouri CNA Certification preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification
