We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and Spanish-speaking Dental Practice Manager who is passionate about leadership, enjoys building strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
As our Practice Manager, you'll be the heart of our daily operations by:
- Leading and inspiring our front office and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Creating a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the practice to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Managing patient scheduling and optimizing provider productivity.
- Monitoring office production, collections, and key performance indicators.
- Assisting patients with treatment plans, financial options, and insurance-related questions.
- Ensuring insurance verification, claims processing, and outstanding balances are handled efficiently.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supporting team members in their professional growth.
- Resolving patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and care.
- Maintaining compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies.
- Managing office supplies, vendors, and equipment maintenance.
- Partnering with our doctors to achieve practice goals while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Dental Practice Management experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, treatment planning, and collections.
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for coaching and developing people.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
