Duties And Responsibilities:
- Regulatory and compliance matters of various federal, state, and local organizations
- Grant financial management
- Billing support
- Payroll processing oversight
- Miscellaneous financial tasks, including assisting with annual budget, monthly financial reporting and cost reporting
- Other duties that support our shared work, as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with solid follow through
- Demonstrated ability with technology and systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office products, accounting systems and database management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills; good communicator
- Accounting Degree required
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Ability to perform considerable time sitting, reaching
- Occasional travel between health center sites
- Ability to perform prolonged periods of time in front of a computer
