The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales management experience (ideally within the auto industry) and possess extremely sharpened people management skills. The candidate will be coachable, possess the ability to work well with others, and will be accountable for daily results.
Candidate must:
1. Have 2-5 years of sales management experience
2. Be self-motivated
3. Be open minded and willing to adapt to new processes in an ever-changing environment
4. Be willing to put others before themselves
5. Be able to complete daily assigned tasks without fail
