Responsibilities 

• Manage service orders and oversee the daily flow of the service drive, ensuring every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service. 

• Take ownership of the customer experience by providing outstanding service from check-in through vehicle delivery. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone. 

• Maximize technician productivity by efficiently scheduling and assigning repair orders. 

• Coordinate workflow and distribute work effectively among technicians. 

• Answer customer questions regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, warranties, and recommended services. 

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Customer Success Index (CSI) scores at or above company standards. 

• Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinate the ordering of necessary parts and tools. 

• Oversee warranty claim administration while supporting and assisting the service department team. 

• Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, manufacturers, and fellow team members. 

Qualifications 

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred 

• Organized, friendly, and customer-focused personality 

• Proven leadership and team management abilities 

• Strong time management and organizational skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Professional appearance and demeanor 

• Consistent record of customer service and sales success 

• Strong history of achieving high customer satisfaction ratings 

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
