About the Opportunity
Sal Manzo Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Plumber to join our HVAC division full-time. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with installation, service, and repair of plumbing systems in residential homes. Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems with precision
- Diagnose plumbing issues and communicate clear, professional solutions to homeowners
- Ensure job sites remain safe, clean, and organized while protecting client property
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians on integrated system projects
- Maintain company tools, materials, and vehicle in good condition
- Adhere to all building codes and safety standards
- Represent the company with professionalism, respectful communication, and a clean appearance
- Complete job documentation and reports accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Personal hand tools suitable for plumbing work
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Overtime, weekend, and on-call shifts as required
Work Location
- On-site at residential projects across the service area
- Daily reporting to assigned project locations required
