The Opportunity

Sal Manzo Plumbing & Heating Inc. is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. This is a full-time position where you’ll troubleshoot, service, and maintain a wide range of residential HVAC systems—including central air units, mini-splits, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Present a professional appearance and ensure courteous, respectful customer interactions
• Diagnose residential HVAC issues and explain service options clearly to homeowners, including heat pumps, central air, ductless mini-splits, and high efficient boilers.
• Perform efficient repairs and routine maintenance across a variety of systems
• Keep job sites clean and protect client property using shoe covers, drop cloths, and similar materials
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and restock as needed
• Care for and maintain personal tools and company-issued equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards consistently

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required
• Knowledge of central air, heat pumps, mini-splits, gas systems
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Dependable, detail-focused, and organized work habits
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Personal HVAC hand tools required
• Must be available for in-person interviews (entry-level applicants will not be considered)

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Overtime, on-call, and weekend availability as required

Location

• Field-based, servicing residential projects throughout the local service area
• Daily reporting to assigned job sites required
