This is a full-time role for an onsite Regional Foodservice Sales Manager for Houston and Gulf Coast, Texas. The successful candidate will manage and expand foodservice sales operations within the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and maintaining an understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships
- Knowledge of Food Service operations and experience in delivering solutions tailored to the foodservice industry
- Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client experiences and long-term partnerships
- Experience in Business Planning to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in and out our office in Houston, with occasional regional travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in foodservice contract management sales and an understanding of the Texas market is a strong advantage
