🎯 What You’ll Own
- New business development across enterprise hospitality accounts
- Revenue generation and pipeline growth
- Expansion within multi-property hotel groups
- Strategic relationship building with key decision-makers
Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Leverage your existing hospitality network to generate qualified opportunities
- Prospect, engage, and close new business with hotel brands and management groups
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Position BluIP’s UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI solutions to solve operational and guest experience challenges
- Conduct high-level presentations and product demos to executive stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams to design tailored, enterprise-level solutions
- Build long-term relationships with key hospitality clients
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across multi-location portfolios
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure retention and growth
- Stay current on hospitality trends, technology, and competitive landscape
- Provide insights to leadership to inform product and go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Provide regular forecasts and performance updates
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams
Must-have (non-negotiable):
- Established network within major hotel brands or hospitality groups
- 3 years of experience in hospitality technology, telecom, or enterprise B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and decision-making structures
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS solutions
- Experience selling into multi-location or enterprise clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission structure
- High earning potential tied directly to performance
