We are a growing B2B contract manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, and commercial customers. We support customers that operate under ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 quality systems and value quality, responsiveness, and long-term relationships.

The Role
This role is for someone who’s comfortable with technology, curious by nature, and motivated to learn how B2B sales actually works.
You’ll spend most of your time identifying prospects, reaching out, starting conversations, and moving opportunities forward. You won’t be working alone—leadership will support sales calls—but you’ll own your activity, follow-up, and pipeline.
Your primary responsibility is to generate and advance sales opportunities, owning prospects from first contact through scheduled meetings and ongoing follow-up.
Requirements
Sales Development (Primary – ~70%)
Research and identify target companies and decision makers
Execute daily outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Write short, clear messages to engage sourcing managers, supply chain leaders, and engineers
Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings
Track activity, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
Drive opportunities from initial outreach through booked meetings, partnering with leadership on sales calls while retaining ownership of follow-up and pipeline progress
Marketing Support (Secondary – ~30%)
Assist with digital advertising campaigns and performance tracking
Make basic website updates using WordPress (pages, images, service descriptions)
Support landing page improvements for clarity and conversion
Track website traffic and inbound lead sources
Assist with LinkedIn posting and company visibility efforts
