We are hiring a Director of Clinical Operations to help lead and grow a mobile diagnostic imaging company serving Nevada and California.
This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional who enjoys building systems, strengthening teams, and supporting business growth. You will work directly with ownership to ensure our operations, staffing, and workflows are positioned to support a growing referral network and expanding service footprint.
Mantro Mobile Imaging is a Medicare-certified Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) providing mobile diagnostic imaging services across Nevada and California.
Our organization has already built the regulatory infrastructure, provider relationships, and operational foundation required to support significant growth. We are seeking an operational leader who is excited about the opportunity to help strengthen and scale a healthcare service organization.
The right candidate will play a key role in developing operational systems, supporting team development, strengthening provider relationships, and ensuring the organization maintains the operational structure necessary to support continued expansion.
This role works closely with ownership and senior leadership and is well suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership of operations, building strong teams, and helping guide a healthcare organization through its next stage of growth.

Operational Leadership & Workflow Management
β’ Oversee daily coordination of referral intake, scheduling, and operational workflows
β’ Ensure effective communication between intake staff, field technologists, and leadership
β’ Strengthen internal workflows using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
β’ Monitor operational activity and ensure timely resolution of open items
β’ Track operational performance metrics to support efficiency and service quality
β’ Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflow standards
β’ Support company growth by strengthening relationships with referring providers and facilities
β’ Monitor referral trends and operational data to identify opportunities for service expansion
β’ Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies that support increasing referral volume
β’ Ensure the organization maintains the staffing and infrastructure necessary to support growth
β’ Ensure operational workflows support accurate billing and documentation processes
β’ Monitor reimbursement trends and denial activity from an operational standpoint
β’ Coordinate with billing vendors and partners to resolve operational issues affecting claims
β’ Maintain organized operational and financial documentation
β’ Maintain adherence to CMS, HIPAA, IDTF, and internal compliance standards
β’ Ensure operational records remain audit-ready

β’ Support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative training initiatives
β’ Promote consistent operational standards across departments

β’ 3 years of healthcare administration or healthcare operations experience
β’ Experience working in regulated healthcare environments
β’ Familiarity with medical billing and documentation workflows
β’ Strong organizational and follow-through skills
β’ Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
β’ Professional written and verbal communication skills
β’ Mobile healthcare, diagnostic imaging, home health, or hospice operations
β’ Multi-location or multi-state healthcare organizations
β’ EMR systems, BambooHR, or operational reporting platforms
β’ Experience supporting billing workflows, denial management, or appeals processes

Salary Range: $65,000 β $85,000 depending on experience
