BMS Controls Technician III - Wonderware/Aveva

This is a senior-level Controls Technician role focused on delivering mission-critical BMS service projects across Central and Northern New Jersey. Unlike Tech II, Tech III candidates must operate independently at a high level: leading troubleshooting, programming, commissioning, and integration tasks in live data center environments. This role directly supports a key client with high uptime and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years hands-on experience in BMS, SCADA, PLCs, or HVAC controls (senior-level only).
• Independent troubleshooting commissioning in live data centers (client-facing).
• Proficiency in Wonderware/Aveva, with priority order below
• Strong HVAC grounding (control sequences, integration)
• Ability to interpret and apply mechanical drawings and control schematics
• Willingness to be at the client site 5-days a week; M-F

• You only have InTouch HMI or MES experience (without System Platform/Historian/Dev Studio).
• You have no SCADA/PLC exposure.
• You are unwilling to travel daily across NJ.
