Building Management Systems - Controls - Sales Estimator - NYC

Position Overview:

Sales Estimates for Building Management Systems and Controls. Specialize in translating technical project requirements, specifications, and drawings into precise, competitive estimates that help clients build smarter, more efficient buildings. Partner with engineers, contractors, and facility teams to develop accurate bids and project scopes. Driven by accuracy, customer service, and problem-solving, you'll bring a detail-oriented, collaborative, and efficient approach to every project- from retrofit upgrades to large-scale new construction.

Responsibilities:

Include reviewing building design plans and specifications, identifying project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and recommending the most effective and efficient solutions to meet project

demands and needs.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of estimating experience in the Building Management and Temperature Controls.
• Ability to treat sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. Possess skills and understanding in conceptual estimating.
• Above average proficiency in MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of estimating software programs.
• Knowledge of Visio and or AutoCAD a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM and Bid Tracer a plus.
