This position is ideal for candidates who excel in systems engineering, troubleshooting, and collaborative leadership.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems infrastructure, covering both hardware and software components
- Analyze and enhance system performance by developing, testing, and modifying configurations
- Conduct system verification and validation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions to optimize system operations
- Oversee project planning activities including scheduling, budgeting, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and meet project goals
- Serve as a subject matter expert and may lead teams on complex engineering projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10 years of relevant systems engineering experience
- Experience supporting or working directly with the U.S. Navy, either as active duty, a government civilian, or a support contractor
- Familiarity with U.S. Navy technical authority, such as NAVSEA 05
- Experience working with U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analyst capacity
- Must hold an active Top-Secret clearance.
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
