MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Master Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI.

- Coordinates and monitors the development of site plans and infrastructure documentation for building systems.
- Prepare planning artifacts, maintain accurate spatial records, and verify that all proposed upgrades meet established SOPs and safety requirements.
- Assist in tracking facility capacity metrics and ensure that master plan updates are processed according to organizational timelines.
- Drafts and maintains RMI-related master planning documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.
- Prepare site survey artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing planning actions at regional mission-support sites.
- Assist in identifying infrastructure gaps and recommend priority site improvements to sustain theater readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of position-relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.
- 7 years of position-relevant experience.
- LEED Green Associate or related certification.
- Experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and automated asset management tools.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
